DMCA Policy

We comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. ยง 512, and promptly respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice and a counter-notification.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Biglietto Pasqua Infanzia service, please notify our Copyright Agent as set forth in the DMCA. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information when providing notice of the claimed copyright infringement:

Filing a DMCA Notice

  1. An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on the Biglietto Pasqua Infanzia service, including the URL(s) of the specific page(s) on our site where the infringing material is located.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. When we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the complaining party who submitted the original DMCA notice. Unless the complaining party files an action seeking a court order against you within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may restore the removed material. To file a counter-notification, please provide the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the specific URL(s)).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Biglietto Pasqua Infanzia may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be sent to our designated Copyright Agent via our contact page.
